Pretty much a true flier. Goes on the angle you put it on with a minimum fade when thrown at speed five. Will stand up to flat on hyzer at faster speed. Good beginner disc. Good for ultimate players as will fly like a beefier ultra star. Has replaced a comet in my bag as it’s a bit more forgiving.

One of my favourite discs! Fantastic, very versatile, go to disc. It can fly very straight with a hyser flip, predictably turn over or late turn over, or a hyser line if you throw slower or on an angle. It can also glide surprisingly far around a corner on a high anhyser without really getting the stability to fade out. The mould is slightly wider than most other discs, so it's quite 'frisbee' like but can be a bit less predictable in the wind.
Having owned about ten of these beauties, I'm find that they can get a bit too understable and I'd hoped that this 'champion' plastic would be more stable than the Star and GStar that I usually throw. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case as this recent purchase is way more understable straight out of the box! It's a beautiful disc that I'll find a use for, but not what I was hoping for. I think it's a quality control issue, but who knows?

Hi my mako flies dead straight, it's like throwing a dart. I can only get it around 45 feet but I'd rather a short and straight shot than a monster throw that ends up OOB!

Love this disc. We are quickly becoming friends. It’s a straight shooter that is great for narrow lines. It handles a decent variety of speed if you need it to, and it lands softly for those shots with danger drops behind the basket. Really growing to rely on this disc already. Also just feels great on the release.
