Description

The Launch Elder is the first distance driver in Launch's line-up. The Elder is comfortable in an advanced players arm, with enough turn for a subtle hyzer flip or a turnover but you know the fade will bring it back.

It's very similar to a new Discmania FD, just with more distance.

The first run elder comes in the launch staple of the first run full colour stamp, on their beautiful shimmery pearlescent alpha plastic and the First Run Elder is coming in a limited edition presentation box. The stock discs will be coming with a black silhouette stamp and on stock alpha plastic colours.

Alpha is Launch's premium plastic. It is likable to a firmer star plastic.

A great start from Launch in the distance driver market

It's not quite as flippy as you'll expect (assuming you can throw an 11-12 speed well enough) and only comes in two weights from Launch (the lightest being 171g).
If you were previously using or a similar disc weighting slightly lower than 170g then you'll get a much more OS flight with the Elder (which feels great in the hand) so something around 12/6/-1.5/2 from what I noticed (comparing to 171-175g Graces and 166-174g Shrykes).
