The Tactic fills a gap in Discmania's putter line up that many players have been waiting for years. Discmania took its time searching for a viable solution for a truly overstable throwing putter and the Tactic brings you just that.

You can throw it with confidence, putt reliably into strong winds, it’s great for all types of shot selection, and the variety of plastics available allow you to experiment with which one suits you best. The Tactic is similar in depth to a P2 while not too deep to hold, will definitely offer a bit more room to latch on to the rim comfortably.

As the flight numbers suggest, the Tactic is an overstable flyer with fairly minimal glide. It's perfect for utility shots like steep hyzers, tricky sidearms and even putting, especially when you don't want your disc to sail too far from the basket in case you miss the chains.

This thing is reliable, grippy, and feels amazing in the hand for anyone looking for a deep feeling forehand disc. It's comfortable for me as an Ultimate player to really impart a ton of spin onto the exo plastic using a grip I've ingrained into my memory.

My go-to approach disc for anything 50m and in, and useful off the tee for Anhyzer flex lines to do some obstacle avoidance with a reliable finish.

If you haven't got one yet, you'd better have a good excuse!

Forehand approach WEAPON

If you're looking for a reliably stable approach disc, perfectly suited to a forehand flick around 40/50m, look no further.

This disc is so versatile!
Send the tactic out on a flat release and trust it to fade in hard toward the target. Release with Anhyzer for a clean, gap-finding, flex flight.
Fear no headwind as you spin-putt into the chains.

The flat top and low profile suit either the backhand or forehand and can take a lot of power, whilst the soft EXO plastic gives a confident grip, even in light rain.
